Reduce risk of heart disease

The American Heart Association recommends individuals perform moderately intense exercise for at least 30 minutes 5-7 times a week.

People that live an active lifestyle have a 45% less risk of developing heart disease.

To statistically reduce with significance the bad cholesterol (LDL) and increase the good cholesterol (HDL) it takes only moderately intense exercise like walking/jogging 12 miles a week.

Moderately intense exercise 5 to 7 x a week reduces high blood pressure.

Aerobic exercise can help keep the blood vessels of the heart more flexible and reduce inflammation of the heart arteries.

Exercise can help improve the strength of the heart so it can pump and work more efficiently.
