At work mini work out to combat inactivity

  1. The picture below is from pinterest.com. It is called a mini squat or sit to stand.  Put your arms out in front of you and interlock the fingers. Stand and sit 10 x. Take 5 seconds to get up and 5 seconds to get down. Perform 3 x during your work day. This exercise helps with your balance as well.

2. The picture below is from the website: www.seanflanaganfitness.com It is called a dip for the triceps. Perform 10 x taking 5 x to go up and 5 x to go down.  Perform 3 x during the day

3. This picture is from the website: www.huffingtonpost.comThis is a mini knee push up. Perform 10 x taking 10 seconds to get up and 10 seconds to go down focusing on keeping your excellent form.  Perform 3 x during your work day.
